Our team bridges product development and hands-on customer work — and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Solution Architect who loves designing elegant, scalable solutions and guiding customers on how to get the most out of their data. You’ll be the key link between our customers, product team, and the ADE community — helping shape architectures, onboard new users, and ensure projects turn into long-term success stories.

What you’ll do

• Design and guide customer architectures that are scalable, secure, and future-proof

• Lead technical onboarding and ensure smooth project kick-offs

• Act as a trusted advisor — turning complex business needs into smart, data-driven solutions

• Be part of leading the change toward AI-driven data work — helping customers understand and harness the power of AI and automation in their data platforms

• Be hands-on with modern cloud technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Google Cloud, Microsoft Fabric and Agile Data Engine (ADE)

• Build and share reusable assets like documentation, GitHub examples, and training materials

• Collaborate closely with ADE’s product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap with real-world insights

• Solve challenging customer cases (3rd-level support) when things get tricky

• Share your knowledge through community talks, articles, or events

What makes you a great fit

• Good understanding of Agile Data Engine (ADE) or motivation to deepen your expertise with it while working alongside our product and customer teams

• 3+ years of experience in solution architecture, data architecture, or system design, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data modeling, and integration patterns

• Proven ability to translate business goals into scalable, maintainable technical designs

• Curiosity for AI, automation, and emerging data technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field is preferred

• A proactive, collaborative mindset — you make things happen and help others succeed
